The historic Harrison ArtConnect venue at 16074 Crawford Creek Rd, Crawford Bay, BC, formerly Harrison Memorial Community Church, is an idyllic location for a wedding. The acoustics are excellent and the building has a formal but intimate atmosphere. There are even church bells in the tower that can be rung in celebration. The property is available for other events, however, these non-ArtConnect sponsored events will require their own insurance, and liquor is not allowed.
Event insurance is available through www.eventpolicy.ca. It is a simple online application and the policy is issued right away.
Each event will be required to adhere to current Provincial Health Orders. You may contact us for those current orders, bearing in mind that they could change at the time of your event.

Weddings:
Cancel 90+ days damage deposit and rent refundable
Cancel 60-89 days damage deposit and %75 of rent refundable
Cancel 30-59 days damage deposit and 50% of rent refundable
Cancel less than 30 days full damage deposit refundable and 0% of rent
All other: damage and rent refundable under 14 days.
Note: the booking fee of $20 is charged at the initial booking.

*Maximum capacity is 80 people. There are pews seating five per pew, as well as additional folding chairs.
*The building is wheelchair accessible, but not the washroom, which is a very nice outhouse
*There is a sound system available. Contact us for information.
*Wifi is available as a ‘hot spot’ in Crawford Bay
*At this time, parking is available along Crawford Creek Rd only. There is a drive through available in front of the building for drop offs and unloading.
